How has your body changed since switching to vaping?

20 years of smoking, smoking is not very hard, the average of three days, four packs of cigarettes.

Two months ago, when I went shopping with my wife, I got addicted to smoking and went to the fire escape to smoke a cigarette. On the way through the RELX store, I was curious to go in.

The clerk recommended four generations to me and gave me several flavors to try. After I tried several flavors, I thought it was good, so I bought one and selected three flavors.

In the next few days, I intentionally only smoke e-cigarettes, surprised to find that e-cigarettes can fully satisfy my addiction. There is no strong desire to smoke paper cigarettes, so I germinated an idea to quit smoking (paper cigarettes), and set myself a goal of 5 days.

Five days passed, the goal was achieved, and then set a goal of one and a half months, also achieved. Half a month later, I almost don't want to smoke cigarettes. For more than two months, I haven't smoked a single cigarette. I guess I can call it quitting. And I never thought I'd be able to quit so easily.

Back to e-cigarettes, when I first started, I wanted to smoke them all the time because I was curious.

About a cigarette bomb can only smoke for two days, slowly, smoke less and less, a month or so, can keep a cigarette bomb smoke for three days. Now I have a new idea. I hope to gradually quit e-cigarettes again. Even if I can't quit, I also want to reduce the amount to a minimum. In the last two weeks, I've been smoking four to five days on a single bullet. In my own experience, I think there are several benefits to switching to vaping.

4. The problem of bad breath has improved.​

5. Don't deliberately avoid smoking and worry about influencing others.​

6. You can save two or three hundred dollars a month.​

7. In the past, smoking was just to enjoy a few bites in the front, and only to finish the cigarette in the back. Now, you can put down only one or two bites, and the amount of smoking has been greatly reduced.​
